The short version
I have spent most of my life doing hard, hands on work. Driving truck through every backroad in Snohomish and Skagit County. Running calls as a firefighter and an EMT here in Arlington.
When I moved into real estate, I figured the hard part would be the people. It turns out the people are the good part. The hard part is everything around them. The email that never stops. The signed forms buried in attachments. The contingency dates you cannot afford to miss.
I tried the tools everyone recommends. Every one of them wanted the same thing from me. More data entry. They were one more thing to feed at the end of a long day.
So I built something different. I named it Seneschal, after the old word for the steward who ran the whole household so the owner could focus on what mattered. Seneschal reads my actual email. It opens the attachments. It tracks every deal and every deadline on its own. It writes the first draft so I am never staring at a blank screen.
It is not a database I feed. It is the help I always wished I had. I use it on my own deals every single day, and now I am opening it to other brokers in Washington.

What this company will and will not do
We will never sell your data
Your client list is not inventory. Nothing about your contacts, your deals, or your correspondence is sold, shared, or used to build a product for someone else.
We will not claim experience we do not have
This is a new product from a broker who has been licensed since 2025 and has lived in Arlington since 2003. You will never see an invented user count, a fake review, or a made up award on this site.
We will tell you what is broken
There is a list on the features page of what is not finished. It stays there. When something breaks you will hear it from me before you hear it from a support macro.

Why Washington first
The national tools are form agnostic, which is a polite way of saying they do not know what a Form 22A is. Seneschal was built on the paperwork Washington brokers actually sign, in the counties I actually work. That is not a limitation I am apologizing for. It is the entire point. Dominate one market properly before pretending to serve fifty.
