Questions
The things people actually ask.
Including the ones where the answer is no.
What it is
No, and that is deliberate. A CRM is a place you put information. Seneschal reads the information that already exists in your mailbox and your documents and acts on it. If you love filling in fields, you will not get much out of this. If you have quietly given up on every CRM you have tried, this was built for you.
No. Plenty of brokers keep a CRM for the things a CRM is good at and use Seneschal for the daily briefing, the inbox, and the deadlines. Seneschal does not need to be your only tool to be worth the money.
No. Not now, not ever. It is a standing promise, not a current product decision. Seneschal is for brokers who earn business through relationships and referrals.
Reading the inbox is the easy part and several products do it. Some tools will also read a contract if you upload it. Seneschal finds the signed Washington forms in your inbox on its own, pulls the real legal dates using Washington's day-counting rules, and ties them to your checklist and your morning briefing. There is nothing to upload.
Getting set up
Around ten minutes of your time. You sign in with your work email, Seneschal reads your existing mail and builds your contact list, you add the deals you are working right now, and your first briefing is waiting the next morning.
No. Seneschal runs in your web browser. It works on a laptop, a desktop, a tablet, and a phone. There is nothing to download and nothing for your IT to install on your machine.
Yes. Seneschal connects to Google mailboxes as well as Microsoft 365 and Outlook, so it works whether your brokerage runs on one or the other. Gmail support went live in September 2026 and is proven on real mailboxes. What Seneschal cannot read is mail hosted anywhere else, such as Comcast or Yahoo, because those providers have no safe way to grant an app access to a mailbox without handing over your account password.
Depending on how your brokerage is configured, an administrator may need to approve Seneschal's access once, on Microsoft 365 or on Google Workspace. That is a single approval at the account level, not a piece of software installed on anyone's computer. I will handle that conversation with your IT if you want me to.
Because Northwest MLS licenses listing data to one brokerage at a time. The license is not granted to you personally and not to Seneschal as a whole, so your firm needs its own before anyone there can see live listings, and your designated broker is the person who has to sign for it. Everything else works from your first day. Only the listing search waits.
Tell me your brokerage when you sign up and I send the license request to your designated broker through MLS Grid, which is the service Northwest MLS uses for this. Your designated broker signs it electronically, Northwest MLS reviews it, and the feed switches on for every Seneschal user at your firm at once. How long it takes depends mostly on how quickly your designated broker signs, so a nudge from you moves it along faster than anything I can do. Until it is live you will see a plain notice inside Seneschal saying so, and I will tell you the day it changes. There is no extra cost to you or to your brokerage for any of this. Northwest MLS charges me for each brokerage license and that is already covered by what you pay for Seneschal. If your designated broker decides not to sign, listing search stays off for your office and the rest of Seneschal carries on working.
Everything except the form reading works anywhere. The document intelligence is built on Northwest MLS forms, so outside Washington you would lose the single best feature. I would rather you wait until it covers your forms than pay for half a product.
Your data
No. Seneschal writes drafts. You read them, edit them, and send them. Nothing leaves your mailbox unless you press send.
You. Every record is tied to your account and separated from every other user. There is no shared pool of contacts and no cross agent visibility.
It is yours. Ask and you get an export of your contacts and transactions. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from Settings.
Your mail stays in your own Microsoft or Google account and is read through that provider's official interface with access your brokerage controls and can revoke. Seneschal has no password of yours to lose. The application data lives in a managed, access controlled database.
Money
Fifty nine dollars a month for a solo broker, less per seat for teams and brokerages, with a seven day free trial. The first twenty five Washington brokers on a Solo monthly plan, subscribing on or before the first of November, pay forty nine dollars a month for their first twelve months.
No long term contract. Monthly is monthly. Annual saves you roughly two months and you can pay that way if you prefer.
Because a free tool from a one broker company either dies or starts selling something about you. Charging a fair price is how this stays independent and how the no leads promise stays keepable.

Seneschal is opening to a small group of Washington brokers. Tell me a little about how you work and I will get you set up personally.
