Setup and daily use

About ten minutes to set up. Then it runs on its own.

There is no import spreadsheet, no week of tagging, and nothing to install on your computer. Seneschal runs in your browser.

Four steps, and only the first one needs you

1

Sign in with your work Microsoft account

Seneschal uses the same Microsoft sign in your brokerage already gives you for Outlook. You never create a separate password, and Seneschal never sees one. If your brokerage requires IT approval for new applications, that approval happens once, at the account level, before you sign in.

2

Let it read your mailbox

On the first run Seneschal reads through your existing mail and builds your contact list from it, sorting people into the phase they are actually in. This is the step that replaces the week of data entry every other tool starts with. You watch it happen. You do not type anything.

3

Point it at your live deals

Add the transactions you have working right now. From that point forward, when a signed document arrives for one of them, Seneschal reads it and fills the dates and the checklist in for you.

4

Open it tomorrow morning

Your first briefing is generated overnight and waiting when you sit down. From here the routine is one screen in the morning, the sorted inbox through the day, and the pipeline whenever a deal moves.

Day two, and it is already working

A normal day with it

What using it actually looks like

7:40 AM

The briefing

Coffee, one screen. Two things overdue, four emails waiting, a financing contingency expiring Thursday on the Smokey Point deal, and a past client you have not spoken to in five months. You know your day before you have opened Outlook.

9:15 AM

The inbox pass

Nine new messages. Three are clients, one is the lender, the rest is noise. The three that matter already have drafts written. You edit two, send all three, and they file themselves to the right records.

1:30 PM

The signed addendum

An addendum comes back signed. You do nothing. Seneschal opens it, reads the new date, moves the countdown on the transaction, and ticks the checklist item.

4:50 PM

The listing post

Photos are back from the Arlington listing. You ask for a Just Listed package, read the caption, change one line to sound more like you, and post it.

Your data

Where your information lives and who can see it

Your mail stays in your Microsoft account

Seneschal reads your mailbox through Microsoft's own official interface, using the access your brokerage controls. Your brokerage can revoke that access at any time and Seneschal immediately stops.

No password to steal

You sign in with Microsoft. Seneschal never creates, stores, or sees a password for you.

Your records are yours alone

Every contact, transaction, and message in Seneschal is tied to your account and separated from every other user's. No shared pool, no cross agent visibility.

Nothing about you is sold

Your client list is not a product. Seneschal does not sell leads, does not sell contact data, and does not sell anything about your business to anyone.

Open one screen in the morning. Know your whole day.

Seneschal is opening to a small group of Washington brokers. Tell me a little about how you work and I will get you set up personally.
