The short version

Seneschal reads your work mailbox so it can do its job. It does not sell anything about you or your clients to anybody, ever. You can have your data exported or deleted by asking.

What Seneschal accesses

When you connect your work Microsoft account, Seneschal is granted access to read and organize your mail, your contacts, and your calendar, and to send mail that you have written or approved. That access is granted through Microsoft, is controlled by you and your brokerage, and can be withdrawn by either of you at any time.

Seneschal never receives or stores your Microsoft password.

What Seneschal stores

To do its work, Seneschal keeps its own records of your contacts, your transactions, your checklists and notes, and the correspondence connected to them. This is stored in a managed, access controlled database and is tied to your account only.

What Seneschal never does

It does not sell your data. It does not sell leads to you or about you. It does not share your contacts with other users. It does not use your client information to build products for other people. It does not send email as you without you approving it.

Other services involved

Seneschal uses a small number of outside services to function, including Microsoft for your mail and sign in, a hosting provider for the application and its database, and an artificial intelligence provider that helps summarize messages and draft replies. Content sent to that provider is used to produce your result and is not used to train public models.

Your choices

Ask for an export of your data and you get one. Ask for your account and its data to be deleted and it is deleted. Disconnect Seneschal from your Microsoft account at any time, from your side or your brokerage's, and it immediately loses access.
