Plain language, same as the privacy page. These are the terms under which you use Seneschal.

What you are getting
Access to the Seneschal web application for as long as your subscription is current. Every plan includes the full product.
What is expected of you
Use your own account, keep your sign in secure, and do not use Seneschal to send anything unlawful or in breach of your brokerage's rules or the rules of your MLS or association. You remain responsible for everything sent from your mailbox, including messages Seneschal drafted and you approved.
Deadlines and documents
Seneschal reads documents and surfaces dates to help you keep track of your transactions. It is a tool that assists you, not a substitute for your own review of a contract. You are the licensed professional. Always confirm a critical date against the signed document itself.
Billing
Subscriptions run monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Founding member pricing stays in place for as long as the subscription remains active without a break.
Availability
Seneschal is a hosted service and there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Where an outage is expected, notice will be given where practical.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time. Seneschal can close an account for non payment or for misuse. In either case you can request an export of your data.
Who you are contracting with
Seneschal is an independent product operated by Rich Demoors in Arlington, Washington. It is not a service of, endorsed by, or affiliated with Windermere Real Estate, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, or Microsoft. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
